John 15:10

If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in His love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.

The world may despise us because of Christ, but we can be confident that, because of our obedience, we are in His love and greatly loved indeed! Our joy will be complete as we live in that love and replicate it towards others.

Let’s pray the prodigal feels the love of Christ today; that they are filled with complete joy because they are remaining in and trusting in that love.
