Lamentations 3:56-58

You have heard my plea: “Do not close your ears to my cry for relief”. You came near when I called you, and you said, “Do not fear.” O Lord, you took up my case; you redeemed my life.

Even if our prodigals are in a dark place, fearing what might happen, I pray they hear the Lord whisper calmly in their ear…”do not fear.” Great hope will rise up in their hearts when they hear Him clearly speak these words. The Father is the best defense lawyer a prodigal could ever hope to have!
