John 16:33 NLT

“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

What encouraging words to remind myself that Christ has truly overcome! No matter the craziness that surrounds us or our prodigal, we can take heart and be at peace.

Pray for the prodigal to be encouraged today, in the midst of trials, because of Christ’s overcoming death on the cross.
