Father I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

One of my favorite chapters in the Bible is this one, where Jesus prays for His disciples and those who will come after them. We are included in His prayers! He SO desired that we would come to understand what his work on the cross had accomplished and share in His glory some day.

I pray the prodigal knows how Christ feels about them. I pray they know without a shadow of doubt they will be with Him some day and see His glory. May these thoughts spur them to obedient living.
