Isaiah 48:17

This is what the Lord says—your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.”

Like a loving parent, God is always directing and leading, wanting the best for His children. We are best served to listen and follow His instruction, which opens up a flow of peace into our lives.

I pray for the prodigal to be easily taught by the Lord, the Holy one of Israel, their Redeemer; may it bring peace to their circumstance and hope for what lies ahead.
