Isaiah 65:24 NLT

I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!

I love this promise. God knows what we are about to pray, even a whisper in desperation, and He has already acted upon it and is working out the answer. Our answer may not actually appear until later, but that doesn’t mean He hasn’t been actively working on that answer as we wait.

This should be an encouragement to your heart regarding the prodigal. I pray we come to find He has indeed been working on our answer in the days ahead.
