Isaiah 59:21 NLT

“And this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord. “My spirit will not leave them, and neither will these words I have given you. They will be on your lips and on the lips of your children and your children’s children forever, I the Lord, have spoken!”

This is a promise worth clinging to! Because our Redeemer came and bought us back, God has been faithful to place His spirit within us and our prodigal. We can have confidence His words will be on their lips as well as the lips of their offspring.

Pray that God’s words, the ones they grew up hearing and knowing will come bubbling to the surface in the oddest of times… but they are there and will move to their lips in time.
