And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

This popular verse gives us great hope regarding a prodigal, especially in times of difficult circumstances. God is always working in their life to bring good from whatever they have experienced. He is faithful and good will come of it, to be used for His glory!
