1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 NLT
Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until that day when our Lord Jesus Christ comes again, God, who calls you is faithful; He will do this.
Being blameless is hard to define, but I do think it means we don’t have premeditated sin ruling our lives and that we don’t knowingly walk into situations that will tempt us. Spirit, soul and body encompasses the whole of us. God must have control of our entire being to accomplish a life of blameless living. If we surrender all, He will be faithful to help us walk out this journey until Jesus comes!
I pray the prodigal will come to live a life that is blameless. I trust them to the One who can help them pull it off!
