Psalm 31:1-2

In you O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness. Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me.

Deliverance can be swift when the Lord is involved. In an instant, He can take a life that is broken and restore it. His ear is ever open to the prodigal and He’s always willing to be a rock of refuge for them.

My prayer for the prodigal today is that they will recognize the deliverance power of the Father. I pray they will ask and find the answer coming quickly as they seek protection in Him.
