Galatians 4:4-7

But when the time had fully come, God sent His son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out “Abba Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir.

A child of the king has certain rights and privileges that others don’t. Not only that, he also will be heir to all his father owns and have a seat of authority.

As children of the KING, we too have certain privileges and are heirs to all our Father has. We have full rights to the power of the Father and we have inherited a place of authority if we will but take it. I am grateful to be out of the position of slave and in the place of rightful heir.

I pray our prodigals will live like sons and daughters of the King, no longer like slaves. May they recognize the wonderful heritage they have been given.
