Jeremiah 33:3

Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.

unsearchable — unable to be clearly understood

There are things about the Kingdom of God that are beyond understanding. They are hidden things that only those who profess Christ are privy to; things we could not know except that God reveal them to us. What keeps us from searching out those things? Are we satisfied with what little knowledge we have of the Kingdom? We need our curiosity aroused for the unsearchable things of God.

My prayer for the prodigal today is that they will call on God when they are stumped, when they need clarity or need new insight. Most of all, I pray they desire to know the secrets of the Kingdom and God will share with them great and unsearchable things they’d never know without Him.
