Psalm 73:25-26

Who have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

My prayer for the prodigal is that they would reach the point in their struggles where nothing earthly satisfies. When they come to the point that God alone fills the voids they are trying to fill with the world, may they be strengthened beyond what they could have ever imagined! I pray they’ll recognize that all else around and in them may fail but He will not; we are promised forever with Him!
